In the case of a company:
company name, registered seat address, company registration number, tax number, company stamp, address of the place of rental (use), contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address).
In the case of an private individual:
name, residential address, address of the place of rental (use), telephone number, e-mail address.
The rental is for the period indicated in the quotation and the rental contract, which period can be changed later with prior consultation. The start of the rental is the day indicated on the delivery note as the date of the delivery from the premises. The rental legal relationship ends with the complete and faultless return of the rented equipment to the premises.
As indicated in the quotation or the rental agreement, we charge a deposit as a financial guarantee of the rental. The amount of the deposit is 150 to 200% of the rental fee. The lessee must pay the deposit by the first day of the rental. The rental fee, as indicated in the agreement, is settled between the lessee and the lessor on the day of the return of the rented equipment.
Payment is possible by bank transfer or cash.
We undertake the delivery of the rented scaffolding to the site.
The delivery fee specified in the quotation includes the loading of the scaffolding at the premises, the delivery fee per kilometer, as well as the unloading of the equipment in the immediate vicinity of the vehicle at the site specified in the rental agreement.
The Lessee is obliged to maintain the usability of the rented equipment and compensate for any damage beyond the normal wear and tear.
The Lessee is obliged, at his own expense, to ensure the proper (professional) storage of the rented equipment and make any necessary repairs.
The Lessee must return the scaffolding in the condition in which it was made available to him by the Lessor.
In the event of contamination, the Lessee is obliged to ensure that the scaffolding is cleaned.
It is the Lessee’s responsibility to ensure that the workers on the scaffolding are working in accordance with the regulations on occupational safety.
